Keyless go card-how to programme

Hi, I have a 2000/X S500 and lost the keyless go card. I have bought another card but can anyone help me as to how to programme the new card to my car.
Also does anyone know where the best place is to buy a TV tuner for the command system.

It is hardly worth it now as it will be obsolete within a couple of years.

Assume you are referring to digital switchover. Obsolescence of analogue depends on wherere you intend watching. Timetable by ITV region below.

2008 – Border
2009 – HTV Wales, West Country, Granada
2010 – Grampian, HTV West, Scottish TV
2011 – Anglia, Central, Yorkshire
2012 – Carlton/LWT, Meridian, Tyne Tees, Ulster
