just saw a fifth gear article about the korean tuning/modding scene. the insurers dont raise the premiums for modded cars but only pay out half in the event of an accident. must make for careful drivers if you are not going to get back what you have spent.

No one ever thinks they are going to have an accident , especially if you are a good enough driver to need modifications

Fifth gear also said about the very high quality of their aftermarket stuff . Its all very recent as it was previously illegal to modify any car.
