Your Mercedes
BMW 525 Diesel Touring
I know a chap in France who rebuilds Kugelfishers for historic racing. I never found anyone in the UK who claimed to know anything about them

However, in principle I believe they're very similar to an inline diesel injection pump so a Bosch service centre may be able to help. You'll be snookered, though, if they don't have bits in the right sizes

An '02 has a wax-in-cylinder thermal cold-start enrichment system. Inside the pump there's a 3-dimensional cam that alters the fueling and I assume the cold-start system pushes the idle fuel system up the cam to increase fuelling till the engine heats up. The 2002tii also has a cold-start injector on the inlet manifold - it'd be worth checking to see if the Mercedes has too
