just a quick question , does my car have one of these? coundnt see one visible on the exhaust system , mine has 2 x cat's . im just pre planning just incase the replacement of my rotor arm , dizzy cap and leads doesnt resolve the fault i described before . if it doesnt my next target items would be the coolant temp sensor , fuel regulator and if it has one the lamda sensor.
im tempted to do the coolant sensor anyway just to be on the safe side :)

well if thats the case mine would need two probes which to me seems unlikely to come up through floor , im gonna check under the car when im off work but im starting to think i havent got them due to age of the car. especially as on the picture/diagram with one on its clear as day , but on my blueprint one theres nothing there.

What makes you think you have two cats ????????

You may have two silencer boxes.

I do not think cats were even mandatory for your car year, and therefore probably NIL lambda probes/sensors.
