leaking hard top seal

Hi everyone

I have an SLK200 2001, now I have noticed that the rubber seal is leaking.
This is on the roof where the glass window of the drivers door meets the roof to make a seal.

What should I do to stop this leaking?

Do I need to replace the rubber seal?
