While coming back from the rip off Sony centre I saw a learner driver about to pull out of a side street, he waited till I was past and pulled out behind me and then sat about an inch of my bumper. Further inspection of the mirror and I could see he was smoking while driving, that used to be illegal, but maybe the law has chaged, I wouldn't now as the Sony people have my radio and I don't hear the news these days.

Further through the traffic mayhem, I notice he was still behind me. The red glow in front of his mouth had now been replaced a greenish blueish glow at the side of his head. It used to be illegal to use a mobile phone while driving, but maybe the law has chaged, I wouldn't now as the Sony people have my radio and I don't hear the news these days.

Driving slow at certain points and times is an art, have you ever heard of Chaos Theory?

The best one I ever did was hitting a traffic hot spot at 7:30am when they had put us down to one lane and stuck up some 30 mph signs. I said to my passenger, "I bet if I drive through here at 30 mph, it will cause chaos later". Sure enough, about an hour later, the traffic report started off with my jam. I said to my passenger, "strange, the road was clear for miles in front of me when we came through"...how we laughed

anyway, it wasn't learner driver, it was an instructor going home after a hard week sitting a car.

It was one of the big teach people to drive outfits. It's a pity it wasn't an independant as it's fun to phone their mobile with the handsfree and pretend you are behind them, even though you are in front of them. You can watch in your mirror as some innocent person runs into the back of them as they slam on their brakes.
