Can anyone recommend what I can do or need to do to make them look better

Some interior companies can re-colour any leather upholstery or you could try to use some of the shelf products to give it a try yourself

Modern auto leathers are PU coated. Scratch it off and that's it, nothing to be done.

Depending on colour and where it is you could try shoe scuff repair?

Certainly with older cars, where the leather is 'naked', massive improvments can be made

Hi the year of the vehicle is 2001. Im not sure whether it is leather or artificial now?

OK a 2001 car will be PU coated if leather, some one with a delicate nose should be able to smell it to see if it leather, failing that look a the under side at the bottom of a seat and you can see what it is.

Thats fine, it means that you have leather and the colour is anthracite,,loads of kits on Ebay, its an easy colour to match up and work with
