LED indicator packed up

Any tips on how to remove the mirror glass on a 2009 W164 Ml The one with the square edges to get at the screws to remove the LED indicator?

That's what I thought

On my W251/R Class you'd to tip the mirror hard inwards & down to access a clip in top outer corner which release the glass. Once the glass was out you could remove a single Torx screw which allowed the indicator to come out. One of the MLs of a similar age had similar mirrors
