The four front round lenses have started misting very badly sinse I replaced side light bulbs and t-cut the lenses. Lenses are now see through but are madly filling with water. Seals all seem good, didn't get any misting beforehand. It was a damp day when I did it so just in case i left covers off rear of lights overnight with no luck. What have I broke this time?!

leaving the cover off on a damp day is never a good idea ..you will have now sealed the moisture inside the lamps..
You could use a hairdryer to dry them out or drive with full lights on ..as long as no other traffic is inconvenienced

If they were dry when you refitted the lenses then they are not sealed correctly

Sometimes the air is moisture laden, is it possible that you did not see the water before you polished the lens

Couldn't see much before I polished them up!! So possible... There was a lot of moisture in air when I did It.
It's a hot day already so wil take rear covers off n try driving with lights on.
Thanks, fingers crossed!

I had one of my cars fail the MOT because of a faulty beam pattern, which he said "might" be caused by headlight misting up inside, he suggested to dry it out to start the engine, put the lights on full, and drape a heavy blanket over the headlight, after about 15-20 minutes and the heavy blanket steaming a bit the headlight had no misting or condensation, just make sure you don,t use a blanket made of a material that can melt.

Also make sure you replace the rear access panel properly and it seals tightly, a little vaseline on the seal sometimes helps
