lights wont switch off

help new to forum the lights on my clk320 wont turn off had on management system saying no fault having to keep disconecting battery please help getting close to mot could do without a crazy bill thanks

Is it a 208 or 209 chassis model???

Main headlight switches are not unheard of for 208's to go down.

That could be a good reason for the fault not to be shown
