Limp Mode-Many PLS HELP topics, but did you get it fixed? Tell me pls!

Hi,

Glad to see a General Merc forum here as limp mode seems to be a common problem in many models. Mine is a C220 W204 2007 153k km diesel, but that is of no interest. My iCarsoft MB II messages are:

22DD-000 No CAN msg from N15/3 (ETC/EGS) control unit,
U010087 ECU Comms malfunction,
?? Trans. control module fault - no ECU connection,
B275013 The squib for sidebag driver has a malfunction, open circuit, 530108 CAN N2/10 restraint faulty - both related??
B210C16, B219116, B219500 Power supply outside range, limit avalue not attained, 30g circuit outside ..., 30 circuit < 8.5V
Battery shows 12.3V, so that is sufficient, probably all related to PREFUSE PROBLEMS and F32 relay?? Amazon are falling over themselves trying to sell you second-hand modules,
B224B00 CU rear signal acquisition - malfunction.

If the SUN messages are similar at a Merc stealership, I am wondering what they are going to look at first. For the first error Google claims a solution, but that site wants $50 with little guarantee as indicated by the phrase: " ....... we can only give you what is on the server". I don't have a black belt in electrickery, but < 8.5VDC means any CU (control unit) will malfunction and may trigger limp mode?

How did you get your limp mode fixed? Thanks.

I would start with the battery - 12.3V is not good. Then delete all of the codes and see what comes back.

When the battery was on the way out (10 years old) caused all sorts problems, no instruments, indicators, lights etc.
The CLK always started, run it for a few minutes, switch off and REMOVE the key and the re-start, everything worked.
The same battery is in my Ponton and still works ok.
