But you may snap it if you try and remove it now.

don't apply any heat to help remove it

you'll b8gger your caliper. Get some easy-off spray, or even a liitle paraffin, and give the threads a good soaking with that ovetnight. That might loosen it up a bit.

Use some easit type stuff and let it soak, diesel works ok.
If it is realy stuck in:-
Get a good grip on whats left of the Hex head with a self locking plier and ease the niple a bit loose and then a bit tight for the first turn or so, make certain sure that the grips never slip.
BUT FIRST :-
Clean inside the bore of the nipple and put a piece of close fitting wire in the hole this will stop the nipple colapsing and letting the grips slip, it will also reduce the risk of it shearing off at the caliper.
A small drill about 2.5 - 3mm will be a good tool for this.
AND
Do not allow anything other than brake fluid into the system.

Had same problem a few weeks ago. I tried my local motor factors and they had none. I ended up purchasing from Inchcape, order on line, delivered within 1 week.

Fronts P/N 004206955 @ £2.72 each x 2

Best to replace these doing anything on the fluid side. They are not expensive
