w123 (U.S. specs),
the seat belt unbuckled warning light on the dash comes on (along with that ANNOYING SOUND) intermittantly for some obscure reason (and YES my belt is buckled!!!) so today i cut the wires leading to the buckled and fitted them together, thinking this would do the trick.....
it didnt so i was wondering if anyone has any idea as to why this would keep happening and what i could do about it. has anyone had this happen before? sometime it happens when i hit a bump in the road, but even still that is random b/c only on few bumps it does it,
I'm @ a loss and don't want to have this thing keep coming on, any suggestions/ comments???
