Live Traffic inoperative

Hi,
Live traffic info on 2020 Gle has ceased to function
Menu shows it is on
Service due in a bit so will report then but wondered if as usual I’m missing something obvious

Is it a 2 years free subscription then pay?

It came with the car which I bought from the local Mercedes dealer
A full panoply of services is provided until 2023 when I have the opportunity to renew them

The service is confirmed on Mercedes Me as being active until 2023

Keep an eye on it. I had the same issue with mine, intermittently I had no love traffic and if you went into Connection on the COMAND it was stuck trying to connect. After it happened several times (normally on journeys when I actually needed it!) I booked it in and they ended up replacing the LTE module. It's been fine ever since.
