Load cover won't rise!

I wondered if anyone could help diagnose a problem. The load cover on the W211 won't rise. Any suggestions? I have checked any boot related fuses and they all appear to be ok.

I have had the same problem intermittently since new. Tony Purslow Guildford, to their credit, rang and offered a pre-end of warranty check. When I mentioned problems with the luggage cover they replaced the side motor arms and threw in a free MOT. Great service!

Mine works ok for a while and then jams, I have to take the screws out of the n/s runner, refit it and it will work again, not sure what the fix is.
