please help me! my c200 estate has a bit of a lean. it is riding 25mm lower on the drivers side. spoke to mb a while back and was advised to change the shockers as 1 was leaking and the other was coroded?? i have since changed the shocks on all 4 corners but nothing has changed. please help. dont want to end up raandomly swapping ( expensive) parts hoping to cure the problem.

Hello, Broken springs are common on 203's if that is wot you have? rear brakeages are most common

Kris, shock absorbers will never correct the height of a car, that will be a spring problem.

As Malc says. You can remove the shocks & the car's height will stay the same. You can buy spring cups from MB at varying thicknesses to adjust height. These can alter up to a max 25mm, so if the difference is more than this, you need springs. Cups are about £5 each.
