Location of Fuse 86 on S320 W220 2005 RHD (UK Spec)

My cigarette lighter has lost power (used for charging my phone). The fuse list shows this as number 86 and its location is on the side of the dashboard. The access panel has the airbag warning marking shown in the photo below. Is it safe to open the panel?

Yes, airbag is in the top of the dash - trim tool in the side and prise open

It worked - it was very hard (stiff) to remove but I succeeded without damaging the trim. Thanks for your advice. One further query, I noticed that the ashtray/cigarette lighter plug at the back has 3 wires. I would have expected only 2 (12v DC positive and negative. What is the 3rd wire for?

It’s an ignition switched supply, sometimes owners use this for dashcams etc and add extra wires.
MB might also use it for something else as well
