Hi, Does anyone know if there is a difference between a Mercedes Dealer and Service Centre. Also, do you know if there is one close by to Canary Wharf in London.

I am looking to get hold of a part that holds the battery down in the boot. I have been told by the AA that it would cost roughly £10 and I could screw it myself. It basically stops the battery moving. I want to know what this part is called and where I could get it.

Thanks in advance. :D

Hi Ellsy, Thanks. Thats what I also found on Google. However, there used to be a Service Centre in Marsh Wall (Canary Wharf), and that closed down and I was told by someone that another exists in Canary Wharf somehwere.

Do you know what that part is called?

The canary wharf indeed closed and merged with the new stratford branch.

The part is just called the battery retaining bracket.
