Loose Torx Bolt !

Cabriolet CDI E250 -2011-OM651
Hello everybody i have just recently bought an E250 cabriolet CDI 2011, i had a look at the engine and discovered a loose bolt on what I assume is the air inlet manifold, is this typical ?
