loosing coolant/headgaskit

hi need to seal leak, coolant can you recommend a good sealant

SLK's 2, CLK320 Cabriolet.
You could try Barr's "Stop Leak" if it's available, Used this once to seal a massive leak in the water pump on a new car and it lasted until a replacement pump was fitted.

I used to use that too, do follow the instructions closely

See that you state loosing coolant/headgasket. If the headgasket has blown is the coolant leaking out between the head and block or leaking into the engine. If either of these doubt if any stop leak will work, suggest changing gasket before you knacker up the engine.

loosing coolant

with regards to where the coolant is going//
after lifting the oil cap found a slimey brown gunge around the oil filer cap ???
what does that tell me?

Sadly more than likely the head gasket is leaking
