Yip try to enjoy it....don’t take this the wrong way but those aren’t the worst things could happen, hopefully that sorts it out for a good few years.

Tyres are a consumable so shouldn't really count.
A ball joint and lambda sensor. Hardly the end of the world on a car which is over 10years old?

Tyres, well that is something we all have to fork up for, Ball Joints and Lambda Sensor, they are both long term fixes so just go ahead and enjoy it now. Relax ! :D

As all above. The tyres would have been close to needing replacing when you bought her. Now you have the confidence of having new rubber that hasn't been abused (Yet:):)). Enjoy your lovely car.

It was amazing in my day how loud the sound system could be on a company car.

The most important bits of company cars - how good the audio was, how big the boot was for carrying paving slabs and how many green shield stamps it could burn.....

And how tyres were designed to drive over kerbs, the floor was shaped like an ashtray/rubbish bin (delete as required), and how much faster they were in every gear than any other car on the road.
