Low temp starting

Hi Guys need some ideas. 1999 C250TD car starts fine all weathers except when we hit 0 degrees C
Changed all fuel line seals and glow plugs. Seems strange it only happens at low overnight temps. Car spins over fine and starts but lumpy for a few seconds then runs as normal.

If your glow plugs are all ok and theres no air in the fuel, then I wouldnt worry too much about it.
Ice cold diesel in a cold engine you can forgive it a few seconds rough running if you ask me.

Mine does the same when it is below zero, only for a few seconds & then fine.
