And guys and girls, Alan forgot to say, we picked him up lunch and a coffee, and he had free air to blow something out which we never charged him for!!

i think thats why it works so well! its the only forum ive ever been involved in. im here most days , not because i have many problems, but because i enjoy the banter! im heavily into cars, but anyone else i know wants to talk football! theres a load of televised rubbish if ever it existed, im my opinion! how can anyone be worth £200,000 per week to kick a ball around a field, i ask you?

2kg in the month? thats a lot, it seems to me! i need to lose about 5 stone though apparrently! like thatll ever happen! ive been this weight give or take half a stone since i was about 14 and so far have no problems at all with blood pressure etc!
