M112 Spark Plug Removal Tool

Hi everyone!

New to the site and Mercedes ownership (I've seen the light and come from the BMW darkside!!)

Can anyone tell me where on earth i can buy the spark plug removal tool in this country??

All the places ive found are in the US and want more than the tool is worth in postage!!!

Welcome buddy , I think I remember a while ago , one of our members Flowrider discussing this tool , but I can't remember the outcome .

Do you mean the tool for the HT leads? The spark plugs are regular 16mm spark plugs..

I think you can adapt a 17mm ring spanner by cutting a slot out of the end to remove the HT caps.

Yes, buy an offset 17mm ring spanner and cut the top off

I couldnt find 17mm open ended offset spanners. Or If I could they where very expensive.

Really? We have loads of offset open enders in the tool cabinet.
