M276 engine noise, is this normal?

2014 Mercedes E300, M276 3.5 NA

Does this sound fine (link below)? I bought it recently with only 70k km(45k miles).

I did have it checked by mechanic and he said it sounds fine. No abnormal sounds or anything during start up or driving at all, just wondering. He inspected the belts/tensioner and said it was fine, not too much play maybe very slightly so i am probably gonna change that next week but can someone tell thats okay or if not, what it could be?

Maybe I'm a little paranoid but just want to be on top of maintenance. If anyone has any tips for maintenance please feel free to share

Can’t see the video I’m afraid, but these cars with direct injection are quite vocal. The injectors and high pressure pumps make them sound quite rattly

As Uncle says, they aren't the most charismatic engine on tickover or startup (I had a 2012 E350 and have a 2016 E400)
Better under load, but not great on tick over.

Any codes presented?
Does the garage have STAR?
And, it's a bit dusty and dirty under there.... Shouldn't be a reason for the (whatever) noise you have, but you might want to rule that out

Yes they do, no faults or anything. Mechanic said it sounds fine but people were saying that’s not how theirs sound. The majority said it’s the tensioner or pulley but a couple said the timing chains and I got really concerned.

Video audio is always a bit noisy. I'd remove the drive belt and see if anything changes.

Mechanic removed it and said it was fine. The tensioner bearing he said a little play but that it’s normal(?).

It’s not like a disgusting sound or very bad sound but just sounds a little different than others.

Sounds ok to me. The tensioner pulley movement is normal
