MAF voltages

I've searched and searched and haven't come up with the definitive instructions,so...

would some kind soul be able to post the MAF voltages info ? I want to test the MAF on my W210 E320 petrol, '97. Many thanks.

Pin 5 is the output one and the only one of interest, I have the figure somewhere, see what I can do
