i am looking for some self adhesive Velcro that the velcro grabs and sticks to boot liner felt material?

I have a MB 1L oil pouch that adheres to the inside of a boot, material.

It looks like male velcro, with an adhesive backing.

I bought 2 lots off ebay apparently genuine Velco but these dont grab the felt like material nearly as well.

Just wondered if they were fake velcro.

So, Any links to stuff that does this, i.e. ones that works !
... most appreciated.

I'd try Halfords and if no luck go next door to B&Q!!

Iv'e seen it for sale as you describe, but obviously both fuzzy and hooky strips about 18 inches long ......... not 100% positive about where, but a big box store. Might wanna get some Copydex adhesive too, as the built in sticky side good for smooth applications but won't stick to fabric etc

I got an ‘AMG’ boot tidy thing off Amazon, about £15 Iirc and the Velcro stuff on that sticks to the boot felt a treat - worst case scenario get One and remove the bits?
Edit: search in Amazon ‘car boot Velcro ‘ and there are some options

Aldi recently had boot tidy in grey or black think they were £8, saw some similar in Lidl yesterday.

I have a few of those, work really well at grabbing the 'carpet' lining in the boot area on 2xW211, 1xW221 and now the W166.

To the OP, is there room where the spare wheel is to put the oil bottle

The patent on Velcro expired, so a search for 'Hook & Eye' might bring more up. I have some 3M brand mini squares with adhesive backing Ive used for securing items in the caravan lockers and previous motorhome.

Thanks not a bad idea.
I want the Velcro to hold a portable power pack for my dash cam.

You can also find the velcro fastener material at fabric stores or in the fabric sections of some stores. Available in different widths too.

Just my $.02 worth.
