Manchester Body Specialists Recommendations?

[New Car]

Someone took the turning of a junction too tightly and took the nearside front bumper of my parked, 2011 CLS with it. Just a month old to me.

It looks like most will buff out with some minor paintwork repair. Lights intact and only minor (approx 5mm) of movement in the bumper towards the wheel arch.

I think a mobile repair would suffice, but does anyone have any recommendations for a Manchester based specialist?

N or S Manchester?

I know a couple of North Manchester (Bury) people who are excellent, though not familiar with any on the South side, though I know there are a couple of good ones.

Secondly, don't be put off by the state of the yard/buidings of Apollo. They have turned out some of the best work I've seen. I don't use them personally as I know the guy above, but many do and are well pleased with the quality.

For a small repair like yours, I'd be tempted with the first one. I did use the local Chips-Away person once, was happy with the finish, but the quality of the masking left a lot to be desired.

I've used John several times - he's 10 min walk from my house - in fact I'll be taking my car to him soon to sort out a scuffed sill trim. If he has a fault, it's that he's always busy & tying him down to do it can be the problem. I can recommend him though & he does'nt charge the earth either.

I've used http://jdbodyshop.com several times for various minor repairs. Very good and reasonable price.
