Went on this site and entered the vin and got the spec list for my car.

couple of things on there im not sure about

option 524 - paincoat preservation ??

option 593 - heat insulating glass - is this standard ???

option 955 - extension tube on the roof, front ??? - equipment package elegance

option 341 - additional lamp ???

in reference to another post - it doesnt give tyre details (for mine anyway) but does give alloy wheel type. Being one of the first c-classes mine left the factory with the "8 hole light alloy rims"

what colour is your car?

I think the paintcoat preservation is to stop oxidisation as you see on some other makes of red cars

heat insulating glass is pretty much standard - it's the light green glass but the factory needs a code for everything

extension tube - I have no idea

additional lamp - do you have the single or double courtesy light in the front of your car or an additional courtesy light in the rear

Funny that - i had the same thought
Could be the retractable 'pet-net' supports just behind the front doors, Thus preventing flying luggage/animals/children whilst the rear seats are folded down....

the car is silver so presume the paint coat protection is the laquer ?

have 2 courtest lights in the front and 1 in the rear

but still stuck on option 955 - extension tube on the roof, front
