Tried to order a part yesterday from MB Warrington (Inchcape)...what a 'joke', i was told only 1 person on parts and they would call me back (which never happened) , after several calls lasting about 45 mins i asked to speak to the site general manager, then miraculously i was immediately put through to parts ....
What a shambles,poor management, cost cutting > poor customer service.... i really dont know how these companies survive in todays market... i surpose just typical stealer service...i feel sorry for indies who deal with this on a day to day basis...
