Hi all,
My old 6310i was a bit temperamental but basically worked ok in the MB kit. Now the phone has gone missing so I have to replace it quick.
I have lined up an appropriate new UHI cradle and am about to get a 6230i Anyone have any "NO DON'T DO IT" stories?

The only down side is that the 6230i does not have a hard wired RF port so the reception is not as good as the 6310i

Thanks.
I assume they use the inductive aerial though. I have the equivalent Nokia kit in the jeep and I fitted the extra inductive box that sits behind the top of the phone to pass on the signal. Oh well, I have the phone now anyway so hopefully it will be ok. Tried (and failed) to get a cradle off ebay last night. People were prepared to go to £90+ and at that price I'd rather go to the dealer and get a new one with a guarantee.
So, off to MB Manchester at lunch time to pick one up - if they have one in stock that is
cheers
JB.
