Its painted with one of the new chrome paints like they use on wheels.

I do not allow finger marks on mine

I think you are thinking of an Audi A8 that was (allegedly) made from silver.

This car was one of a handful of specials that were produced for the 2004 Mercedes-Benz calendar.

i believe these Merc photos are indeed of extremly nice models, however I think the effect of the 'look' of the car is down to something in the photo industry called HDR,

have a read of this to see what HDR is http://www.nytimes.com/2006/08/03/t...&partner=rssuserland&emc=rss&pagewanted=print

the Casino photo above (last merc photo) really leads me to believe it's HDR technology and not just a shiney car/car paint

still i wouldnt say no to one of them to replace my rusting old Merc C220.
