Help required please. My membership card is not showing my name just my previous membership number. I had to produce my card today at a main dealer in order to get a discount on a purchase. I felt uncomfortable when the chap behind the counter asked me for my name as presumably he though I might have been using someone else's card. To add to the confusion I've changed the reg on my car since renewing my membership but still have the old one on my card so how do I go about getting a replacement card with the correct details.

Thanks for getting back, but no joy there. Obviously, I can't click on the links and when I go onto mark.s post and click on the links there it says I'm not logged in, but I am.
