MBUX Over The Air Software Updates

I received this notification for an over-the-air software update on the Mercedes me app last Monday, but it hasn't been installed after 7 days even though I authorised it.
The MBUX > settings > software updates > auto. However, it also says 'Software Update Paused'

Is anybody else having this issue?

The last over the air update notification i received for my w213 E-class was in June 2021, since then no update notification. And the dealership says at every service that we don't update/upgrade the software as it should come through over the air notification.

Anyone know how to contact the over the air help team ? I am sure there must be loads of updates in last 3-4 yrs but dealership not updating it

OK @zeeshh this is how I eventually got round it; and this is from memory...
Go into ‘Settings in the car on MBUX > software downloads and agree. I then left the car on charge overnight and it had installed the following day.

You can call Mercedes Me Customer Services using the “ i “ button on the overhead panel. They were very good when I called them about something,

so finally got some answers:
- over the air updates via mercedes app are just for navigator and live traffic updates. And will only work if you're subscribed to these services and your car has certain type of module in your car.
- the car system level updates are done at the time of service and when car is hooked up to the OSP system, any mandatory update shall be installed automatically.

However, I'm not satisfied with the 2nd part as everytime my car comeback from service, they say if they say any update shall be via over the air

how can we check if the car is up to the latest level of ECU / engine software ??
