Mine doesn’t have voice recognition, just voice input for Nav.

The screen shown is the Premium one, the base version has two 7in screens. But, I see it was launched in 2018 so I would question whether your 2017 car has MBUX.

I searched “355 Extended MBUX Functions” and it came up with this website, which quotes “Extended...” etc nearer the bottom.

I got that option from the data sheet provided by the dealer and corresponds with a vin decoder.
As stated I have Audio 20 with nav.
