8 months ago i bought a 86 560 sel. I took it to a machanic ( Craig Autometrics Ins ) in Rochester NY. I am new to Rochester from LA. so i didnt know better.I saw the Bash stickers all over the shop so i thought all was on the up and up. To make a long story short and $6,700. bucks latter the car runs just the same as it did when i took it to the the first time. so i drove the car to the local MB dealer in town were there went over the car and formed a list of things that were wrong with the car.it turned out they were all the same items Craig Autometrics said they fixed.I five times after i got the car from Craig i went back to tell them the car is running bad etc. the told me to keep driving it and that this will fix the problem. well what they were doing is in NY state the DMV will not investigate a shops work once the car has 3000 mil's on it from when the work has been done. Craig told me the fee's were for blowing out the fule lines and replaced some gaskets things that took labor but no parts so when i asked to see the old parts there were none. this is a clasic fraud they pulled on me. the car is at the MB dealer were the bill will come to just shy of $9,000. for a cam, injectors,rocker arms,etc. I am so ****ed off that i made a web page that may be will save the next person thousands www.craigautometrics.net
