As my mechanic has retired I need a Haynes manual or similar, I don't see one for this model, can anyone shed any light please?

Thats the one Malcolm.
It covers C180,200,220,230,250. Including turbo.

Try Ebay first you may get lucky, I know I did

Thanks for the quick reply, mine is 1997 model and I noticed that this manual was up to 2000

''Mercedes-Benz C-Class Petrol and Diesel (93 - Aug 00) L to W''

Perhaps there's enough similar to get me through most things?

Several on eBay at the mo. Some Buy it Now's and some 99p starting bids (watch the p&p costs though).

I use the manual for working on my C280 too. Doesn't cover all aspects of course but for bodywork and interior a lot is the same.
