Mercedes 190E - Air Filter or induction kit???

Does anyone know where I can get a performance air filter or induction kit for a mercedes 190E 1.8 1992? You can get one from K&N for a carb engine, but my 190 is fuel injected. The injector is a: Bosch CISE (KE-Jetronic) fuel injection system. I emailed K&N and they say they don't make one for it. Any help appreciated!! :?: :roll: :?:
