Mercedes 230 V Class Fuses

A strange problem. A fuse has blown to headlight on the offside, however we cannot locate where the fuse is located. The manuals do not mention any fuses in relation to headlights but everything else!
We have located the three locations for fuses, ie under the front passenger footwell, under drivers seat, and under the stearing colume, but still no luck. This is so basic. It should not be that difficult!.
