Mercedes-Benz C220 2.2L Braking problem. HELP!

Hello Mercedes lovers,

Mercedes-Benz C220 2.2L

I need your help requiring breaking problem I have.

So couple weeks ago my Car went out of brakes.
I took my car to Local mechanic which have specialised in Mercedes-benz cars.

They Changed Cylinder of break fluid , the pipe at the rear wheel and pumped with computer the fluid so there would be no air.(I think they done it like that)
So after all I took my car from Mechanics they charged me £570 total(Car Details costed 225£ 120£ 130£) and also they said that the brake of right rear wheel don't work. ( the pipe they changed is on the left side.) The right side was changed before I bought the car.

The Dashboard shows me The ABS doesn't work.

How can I activate the right rear wheel brake?
Do you have any solution regarding the brakes?
Did they overcharged me and should I take to Mercedes approved mechanics?
Would they charge me lower or higher price?
What can I do?

The Car model is Mercedes-Benz C220 2.2L

We need way more info than you've given to give an informed action plan.
Given the lack of info I'd be taking it somewhere that has Star and getting codes read. The cabs light being in will have generated a code which will point to the area to look at
