I use photobucket, once you have loaded picture onto photobucket, there is a small icon on the top right of the picture, that will give you a drop down, then click "get links" that will bring you to a big drop down box, then click on the bottom option "image codes" oncne clicked it will high light in yellow and say copied, then once you go back onto the forum, right click and paste, and thats it
