Don't worry, I've found you.

I've looked at this for you. It was only 9 days ago that you notified us of cancellation and it does take a few days for insurers to issue the bonus proof. Once we have it from Highway we'll email it straight on to you. I have nonetheless asked our Motor Manager to check on the status for you. The companies we use allow up to a month for customers to provide their NCB proof as they recognise it can take a while to get hold of from the previous company. I'm sure you've switched to an insurer who is just as understanding.

I'm always happy to look into any issues members have - either on the open forum or via PM. So if you think something's not as it should be please make contact with me and I'll investigate.

Insurer did indeed say 30 days for proof of NCB, but then received a text on Tuesday asking for it within 14 days. Just a little surprised it takes so long to basically exchange emails!

Have sent you a PM for your information - several disturbing issues within the current scenario that do not present insurance companies in a very good light, at all!
