Mercedes clc203 supercharger

Hi, ive got a 2010 manual Mercedes Clc 1.8l kompressor

The supercharger doesnt seem to be working. Hoping someone can help.

Ive gone through all the obvious fixes including vacuum tested numerous times have replaced the Maf Sensor 02 sensor and has also been into Mercedes but still know luck.
Mercedes said they couldn't read the ecu for some reason however I can read it using my car soft machine.

Looking for some direction as to what parts to investigate as I'm kind of just guessing atm cheers

Welcome - you need someone with Star to read the codes otherwise it will all be guesswork. Where are you based - there may be a decent Mercedes Indie someone can recommend.

Its already been into merc plus a few garages before that. Merc said they couldn't read the ecu and it could be because it has a stage 1 map but the guys that mapped all it said thats not the case. Just tried the reset where you turn ignition on, hold accelerator down for 5 secs then turn key off. That will temp fix it but then goes back to how it was.

Welcome not sure about not being able to read the fault codes on Star. But the more experienced will be along soon.
I would be looking at a good Indie somwhere.

They wouldn’t be able to complete the map if the ecu couldn’t be read so I’d agree it won’t be the map, though not being able to read via STAR would make me think that the SAM is goosed

The problem was even worse before it was mapped. Ive been searching for other threads with similar issues but struggling to find any. Could the problem be related to the k40 Relay at all?

You need to get it in somewhere with the older star kit that can read the ecu. The MB dealer should have been able to do it, but clearly weren't that interested. Depending on where you are we can recommend somebody.

I've wasted a lot of time and money going to mb garages who said they should be able to diag it but can't. Before I waste any more money on garages I'm trying to rule out some of the parts that could cause the issue

The garages we mean are specialists but non Mercedes main dealers who are only interested in cars less than 2 years old!!

Thats cos they know what a ball ache the electronics can be on a three yr old and they dont want em blockin up workshops for days /weeks. Or ??

If benz dont want to see 2/3 yr old benz ,thats telling me something ?
You see how many 2003- ,2008 ,benz are avail s/h now often for very little. Theres a reason for that.I constantly have to force myself NOT to click on such adverts now. Whilst such a car can be a bargain its now to much of a lottery.before I would do it based on my own time was near free.today thats still the case but the problems they often come with can soon make that an expensive zero option mistake.and I am SURE its been planned that way ! Sad .wot t do ?
