Well the CAT needs replacing for a start, the gear box leaks on that age and model is going to be the cooler return pipe rusty and leaking or the copper washer been eaten away on the bellhousing!

i had some what understanding for the gearbox leaking it might be the pilot bush, the cat is broken rite at the front where they should butt together, some 1 has put a clamp over them to join and putty. but now the putty had all fallen off the rattle is more apparent. is there any other way around replacing the whole cat system, repair?? how much would i be looking to pay for parts and work carried out. thanks again
