Mercedes CLK Soft Top

I wonder if anyone can help. We own a 2001 CLK soft top and for some reason the roof has stop going up/down. When I press the switch you can here what sounds like the rear section of the roof trying to unlatch but nothing happens. I have seen on the internet something about the relay but where is it and how do I change it if that is what is causing the problem?
Can anyone please advise?

Hello and welcome to the forum,,this is not so easy and it would be easier to find a good indie with STAR, and that should pin point the problem and we can take it from there
