Mercedes e class 2017 radio

Hi problem with radio, whenever I drive pass Heathrow airport from jct 12 to jct 14 my radio turns of itself twice and then comes back on, but it doesn’t happen if I’m driving back from Heathrow anti clockwise. Also happens near where I live on countryside road.... I told Mercedes and they said it might be to do with the cameras near Heathrow, has anyone else had same problem with their car? It’s 2017 e class

Turns off or loses signal?

If losing signal then there could be an issue with the antenna amp or antenna

No it turns off completely, so as I pass jct 12 on m25 the radio itself it’ll freeze for few seconds and then restart itself. But as it restarts the screen kinda starts flashing it’s not stable as it would be normally, and then 2nd time when it turns off around jct14 nd restarts itself everything back to normal, but the odd thing is it happens on the same spot everytime going clockwise, but making the same journey anti clockwise won’t happen...

My guess it would be interference. I can assume around there is loaded with antenna for the airport.
just like you have to turn phone off on a plane.

if that is the case pretty poo from merc.

is it only a certain radio station. are you listening to the police radio.

It happens wether I’m listening to radio or if I’m playing music through my phone... always turns off doesn’t matter what radio station it is...
I had c class before this 2013 model never happened anything then..
