Changing return fuel lines has failed to cure problems

Any advice much appreciated

Do you know exactly where it is coming from. sometimes hard to know as the fan blows it around. If you know where please say where, if you do not it is best to wash or clean all of the pipes etc and watch.

Diesel leak

Thanks

Diesel sits in the injector well and burns when the engine heats up

Tried changing the fuel return pipes (OEM) but improvement only temporary

Worst over cylinder closest to bulkhead

Assumption that it is not coming from the high pressure side

Must be coming from injectors or pipes. Undo all pipes and clamps so that you can get the injectors out, take out and inspect copper washer,if damaged, replace. ( it may be an idea to get some new ones before you start) clean all surfaces and pipes and refit. I do not have the torque figures to hand for the injectors and pipes, but these things run at 6 bar 100lbs.
will come back later
