Mercedes E320 Ecu Problems please help

Hi there,
i have the ecu off my mercedes V6 E320 1997 changed
i bought a completed kit but now the rear windows do not work.
so i take back to the mechanic and they swoop to the old kit and
windows work fine.
the Ecu Part Number it is A0265459632

Someone told me this kit was fitted on 2x door car and now the ecu will need to be reprogrammed or so...
Please Any Advise will be very Help Full.

I cannot see that much programming is needed on a 97 car, was it the one in the rear door

Hi, no, i changed the engine ecu kit, complete, my ecu as faulty in one cilynder,
now engine runs perfect, but liked i said the electric rear windows dont work any more,
so we changed the old ecu kit and fitted back in the car, and the rear windows now working again, so i dont know what to do to solve this problem

I cannot check tonight as time is limited, but I will shortly, do you have the metal blade flip key or the all plastic long one

Hi, it is ok,
Regards the keys
there is 2x type fob, both working
one is plain metal, short type
the other, it is metal with a little black piece in the end and long than the other.
