Mercedes E350 CDI Remapping!!!

Afternoon guys and girls,

Today at GAD we had another lovely E350 CDI in for power tuning. The 3.0 litre V6 has plenty to offer on the horse power and torque front along with refining the gearbox.

ECU location is in the silly front right wing!!! After myself and Gary whipped it out I got to work cracking her open and programming as its the EDC17 CP10 variation so bench flashing is the only option.

After Gary worked his magic she should be running between 295-300bhp and 700-710nm of torque and Gary also used a manual switch to flick the EGR off also which improved throttle response.

I've just been out in mine after not using it for a week. Holy poo it's quick - some guy in an S5 gave me a really confused look after he tried and failed on several occasions to out accelerate me!

BTW as some feedback - I did a 2000 mile trip to Spain and back, mainly observing the speed limits to avoid speeding tickets but giving it welly at roundabouts and toll stations and I averaged 45.6 mpg. Very happy with that given the about of extra ponies and torque I now have!

That's excellent news! Silly Audi drivers! That's what was awesome when working on the 350cdi we got 800nm of torque out of! Had an Audi R8 4.2 V8 try it on! Lets just say it didn't go to plan for him

I am taking delivery soon of a new E350 Bluetec diesel, it is the new 2015 variant with the 9G Tronic gearbox at standard is 258 BHP. I was wondering what is available with yourselves for this?
