Had this in lovely E350 CDI in this morning customer only picked it up the day before but had already had it booked with us for recalibration.
Vehicle was in great condition being one other owner only so the customer had a bit of deal really as it was lovely.
We got the vehicle in 30 minutes before booking to get it in the cell and start extracting heat that had built up from his hour drive to us.
At the same time we ran full diagnostics and gave the all clear to start monitoring stock data and start building a tune for it.
Interestingly vehicle was about 15bhp down which we see a lot but about 40nm lower than we would have expected but vehicle didn't give us any indication for the lower number.
Could possibly be that it never had a hard time and now with multiple WOT sweep tests and steady state testing at multiple RPM ranges we could have woken it up as it gained fantastically.
Stock did 242bhp and 579nm of torque
Tuned we ended up with 307bhp and 755nm of torque
